After 23 years as the owner and principal talent agent of Performers Management, I decided it was time to branch out. I have built a reputable and successful boutique agency from scratch while bouncing a baby on my knee and fielding submissions from a basement suite, determined to create an agency where ‘management’ meant more.

The idea arrived during lockdown as we all struggled with the solitary new world created by Covid-19.

After volunteering for webinars and zoom calls, listening to actors, and sharing my knowledge, I realized there was a need for a new way to unite within an industry where performers can oftentimes feel very alone. Inspired by the connection that has always driven me, Inside the Agency was born.

 

It’s a podcast where actors can tune in and receive real information about the industry.  A place where we chat and give advice about the business of entertainment, from brutal truths to unbelievable stories, sharing hilarious moments that have made us laugh to breakthrough moments that have brought us to tears. 

 

Our guests will offer their insights, tips, experiences, and advice with the hope that we can all benefit from the wisdom, drive, passion, and perseverance we know it takes to bring all our dreams to life.
